Bradford Dale, Tuesday 18th July 2006
We had wall to
wall sunny weather and record-breaking temperatures for this evening stroll
(quite a slow stroll) in beautiful Bradford Dale. John Doornkamp led by example,
carrying and using his full-size tripod, but not many members followed suit. The
highlight of the evening for me was when we rescued a newly-fledged swallow that
was on the ground and in danger from passing dogs.
