Cressbrook Dale and Tansley Dale, Tuesday 22nd May 2007

This was the second evening outing of the season, and the weather was magnificent. The evening sunshine and warmth made it an ideal time to linger in these beautiful dales. Some of the party walked on and climbed Peter's Stone, but others spent a very enjoyable time just wandering not very far. It now appears that neutral grad filters are 'de rigeur' on these outings to control those burnt out skies - lots of members were using them, and they certainly help.
