A select band gathered for this outing on a blazing hot day. We saw the Lea Wood engine pumping water up into the Cromford Canal, and had a shady walk alongside the canal. The final treat was seeing a water vole at the edge of the canal as we sat with a cup of tea. Click on any image to see a slide show of larger images.
